Best Hotel in Nairobi with Great Service Had a great stay at the Ole Sereni. The amenities there were top notch from the pools to the bars and restaurants (the Eagle Steakhouse was delicious with an awesome view of Nairobi National Park) and the gym and spa area were a great place to get a workout in. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. The service at the Ole Sereni was also exceptional from Ann the guest relations manager that made sure I was enjoying my stay, to Harold there travel planner that booked us some amazing safari adventures, to Martin the bartender that always had a smile on his face and made sure our food and drinks got to us in a blink of an eye. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Kenya!! Also, it is very close to the airport and I felt very safe and comfortable for my whole stay. Great place to bring your family if you’re planning on coming to Kenya.

Parfait. Nous avons passé un agreable séjour en attendant notre vol retour pour la France. Hôtel très bien équipé presque luxueux avec un personnel discret et chaleureux en.meme temps. Les restaurants nous proposent de nombreux plats alléchants et tres bien cuisinés. N hésitez pas à séjourner à Olé Sereni. Les massages y sont également très professionnels. Bravo à toute l équipé. Amazing stay I had an incredible experience at Olesereni Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Vivian at the front office. She truly shines at the reception. Her beautiful smile, welcoming nature, and thoughtfulness made my check-in process seamless and enjoyable. She’s an absolute star! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Je sui venu dans le cadre d'un atelier organise par INTERPOL et l'Organisation Mondiale des Douanes. J'ai aime le decor de l'hotel, davantage les aménagements qui ont ete faits. Aussi la proximite avec le Parc de Nairobi qui vous permet d'observer la biodiversite depuis nos chambres et au 10eme etage d'Amara Ole Sereni. Les menus sont magnifiques

Would recommend! Excellent value for money. Comfortable room with beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Lovely staff always happy to help. Goid selection and delicious breakfast, as well as an additional restaurant which served an excellent steak on a higher floor - maybe it was on the top floor. Good location, within easy distance from airport and also convenient for visiting sights.
